Cet accord cadre de travaux de dépollution ne concerne que la phase 2 des travaux de réhabilitation de la bibliothèque. La présente consultation est un accord-cadre avec un montant maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande
