Im Gebäude sind in der Gebäudeautomation 5 Automationsschwerpunkte und 50 Raumzonen-Regler geplant. Die Schaltschränke sind untereinander mit einem eigenen Gebäudeautomationsnetzwerk (BACnet IP) verbunden. Die Automationsschwerpunkte sind vorwiegend für die Regelung und Steuerung der zentraltechnischen Anlagen verantwortlich. Auf den Raumzonen-Reglern sind die für die Raumautomation benötigten Sensoren und Aktoren aufgeschaltet. Die Raumautomation umfasst die Büroräume, offene Bereiche, Sanitärräume und Funktionsräume. Insgesamt sind ca. 1410 physikalische Datenpunkte und 400 kommunikative Datenpunkte in der Anlagentechnik sowie ca. 4130 physikalische Datenpunkte und 2800 kommunikative Datenpunkte vorgesehen.
