Opdrachtnemer dient inzicht te hebben en flexibel te zijn. Dit betekent bijvoorbeeld dat Opdrachtnemer in staat is om vooruit te denken en te kunnen schuiven in werkzaamheden wanneer een andere volgorde op een bepaald moment beter uitkomt. Ook dient Opdrachtnemer een servicegerichte houding te hebben en respect te hebben richting de doelgroep. De Opdrachtgever wenst een Overeenkomst af te sluiten op basis van handelingsgerichte/ inspanningsgerichte werkprogramma’s.
