ARC administrerer og udfører affaldsindsamlingen i Tårnby Kommune og Dragør Kommune. Til at understøtte arbejdet har Ordregiver behov for et driftsstyringssystem, der kan dække hele spektret fra borgerens aftale om indsamling til renovationsmedarbejdernes udførelse af ydelsen, samt opsamle behørig dokumentation for udførte ydelser eller årsager til, at ydelser ikke er udført. Herudover skal systemet anvendes af kommunerne til fakturering for ydelserne. Den udbudte opgave omfatter levering, drift, vedligeholdelse og support af et it-driftsstyringssystem som en Cloud-baseret SaaS-løsning, hvor Ordregiver har brugsretten i kontraktperioden. Det nye It-driftsstyringssystem skal erstatte Ordregivers nuværende It-driftsstyringssystem.
