In diesem Zusammenhang insbesondere der Strategieentwicklung und dem Capacity Development. Der regionale Schwerpunkt liegt aktuell in den Regionen: Nord- und Subsaharaafrika, Osteuropa und Südasien bzw. dem globalen Sektorvorhaben.
