Oritkarin esirakentaminen 2026-2029 hanke sisältää Oritkarin nykyisten ruoppausmassojen sijoitusaltaiden täytön puhtailla täyttömailla, katualueiden esikuormituspenkereiden rakentamisen sekä täyttötyön aikaisen vesienhallinnan. Urakan sisältö ja aikataulu on määritelty tarkemmin tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa. Urakkaan sisältyvät seuraavat optiokohteet: Altaiden 1 ja 2 täyttötyöt. Määrä- ja yksikköhintaluettelon, sarakkeiden Allas 1 (OPTIO) ja Allas 2 (OPTIO) mukaiset suoritteet suunnitelma-asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Tilaaja päättää optiokohteiden toteuttamisesta 31.12.2027 mennessä.
