Gleichzeitig werden bei der Salesengrabenbrücke (km 27,471) die Widerlager (Süd) ausgetauscht und im Abschnitt km 27,600 - 29,550 l.d.B. die bestehenden Mauern mittels Kronenverbreiterung an den Stand der Technik umgebaut um einen sicheren Bahnbetrieb gewährleisten zu können. Teilbereiche wurden bereits im Jahr 2025 umgesetzt.
