Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Zimmerer- und Holzbauarbeiten bei der Sanierung der Stadtverwaltung Paderborn zur Verstärkung bestehender Dachtragwerke sowie Herstellung einer Dachöffnung einschließlich Wiederherstellung des Dachaufbaus. Hierzu gehören u. a. der Einbau von ca. 530 Balkenschuhen, 5.100 Vollgewindeschrauben, 880 Holzschrauben, 444 lfm Sparrenverstärkungen, verschiedene Holzbauteile und Verbindungsmittel sowie die Herstellung einer ca. 5 m² großen Dachöffnung mit Dämm-, Lattungs- und Dachdeckeranschlussarbeiten.
