Gegenstand des geforderten Leistungsumfangs sind die projektbezogene Steuerung, Koordination, Überwachung und Begleitung der im Rahmenplan und in dessen Fortschreibung angelegten Sanierungsmaßnahmen einschließlich der erforderlichen koordinierenden Abstimmungs-, Fördermittel- und Schnittstellenleistungen. Vergeben werden soll die Projektsteuerung in einer stufenweisen Beauftragung. - Sofortige Beauftragung (unmittelbar mit Zuschlag): Stufe 1 - Beauftragungsstufe (Abruf nach Abschluss Stufe 1): Stufen 2 bis 4 Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, auf die Beauftragung der Stufen 2-4 zu verzichten, ein Anspruch auf die Beauftragung besteht nicht.
