Sanierung Hort „Fuhnekids“, Bernburg, OT Baalberge
Planung technischer Gebäudeausrüstung in den Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9 nach § 55 ff. HOAI 2021 mit den Anlagengruppen 1 bis 3 Leistungsinhalt sollen alle Grundleistungen der einzelnen Leistungsphasen gemäß Anlage 15 (zu § 55 Absatz 3, § 56 Absatz 3) HOAI sein. Auf Grundlage von Anlage 15 HOAI wird diese Maßnahme der Honorarzone II zugeordnet. Eine stufenweise Beauftragung ist nicht vorgesehen. Für die Planung sind folgende besondere Leistungen in Anlehnung an HOAI 2021 Anlage 15 (zu § 55 Abs. 3 und § 56 Abs. 3) zu erbringen: - Einarbeitung in bestehende Unterlagen - Mitwirkung bei Zwischen- und Endverwendungsnachweisen.
