Udbud af teknisk rådgivning til byggemodning
Kolding Kommune udbyder aftale om teknisk rådgivning til byggemodning. Rådgiverydelsen omfatter planlægning, projekteringen, udarbejdelse af projektforslag, myndigheds- og udbudsprojekt samt udførelsesprojekt, byggeledelse og tilsyn under udførelse samt aflevering. Projekteringen omfatter byggemodning af ca. 80 parceller med tilhørende stamvej, fem boligveje samt 2,3 km cykelsti i det nye byudviklingsområde. Opgaven har en anslået værdi på 1,5-2 mio. kr. ekskl. moms og projekteringen forventes afsluttet med indgåelse af entreprisekontrakter cirka 15 måneder efter indgåelse af rådgiverkontrakten. Udbuddet gennemføres som et begrænset udbud efter reglerne herom i udbudslovens §§ 58-60.
