Het project omvat 4 grote delen: 1. Het bouwen van een nieuw Stadskantoor op het hoekperceel in de Sint Sebastiaanstraat en een bijhorende Schakelvolume om de Pastorie, de Stadshalle en het nieuwe Stadskantoor te verbinden. De nieuwbouw bestaat uit afgewerkte kantoren, vergaderruimtes, raadzaal en een Alma Plaza. De nieuwbouw bestaat uit een staalstructuur met betonvloeren en houtskelet cassettes. De nieuwbouw is transparant en wordt afgewerkt met aluminium gevelbekleding. Het Stadskantoor wordt geklimatiseerd via klimaatplafonds met beoveld en lucht-lucht warmtepomp. 2. De herbestemming van de Stadshalle tot onthaal en loketten van Stad Nieuwpoort. Hier worden de buitenschil en het dak volledig gerestaureerd. 3. De herbestemming van de Pastorie tot afspraak- en vergaderlokalen. De buitenschil wordt gerestaureerd en de achterzetramen en technieken worden vernieuwd. 4.
