Der bestehende Gebäudeteil A3 (Süd) wird zurück gebaut, dadurch wird im Bereich des Poelzig-Baus in die bestehende Gebäudestruktur eingegriffen. Die Planung der Demontage und des Rückbaus muss die gleichzeitige Schaffung von Interimsflächen als Zwischenlösung beinhalten.
