La consultation a pour objet la mise en place d'un accord-cadre relatif aux activités de développement, de suivi et d'expertise des expériences de physiologie et nutrition spatiale en pesanteur réduite. Cette procédure est décomposée en 2 phases : -1. Une phase d'appel à candidatures : où les candidats peuvent déposer leur candidature selon les modalités décrites dans le règlement de consultation (aucune offre n'est attendue à ce stade). -2.
