Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění poskytování telekomunikačních služeb – pevných linek, mobilního operátora, barevného volání a záložní internetové konektivity. Dodavatel je povinen plně bez výhrad realizovat předmět plnění zakázky nejpozději do 2 měsíců od uzavření smlouvy. Vyjma dokrytí požadovaných prostor dle Přílohy č.2 této Zadávací dokumentace, kde jsou požadovány jiné termíny. Při přechodu od stávajícího poskytovatele musí v tomto termínu zprovoznit všechny služby bez přerušení telefonního spojení zadavatele (vyjma doby potřebné pro portaci (zprovoznění) SIM karet, tedy v daný den v době 00:01 – 06:00 hod) a převést a předat uživatelům všechny nové SIM karty se zachováním původních telefonních čísel.
