La route nationale N28 est classée en partie comme route nationale de deuxième classe et en partie comme route nationale de troisième classe. Afin de se conformer à la législation, l'OFROU doit instaurer l'obligation de vignette sur les tronçons classés comme routes nationales de deuxième classe. À cette fin, la signalisation doit être adaptée sur les tronçons concernés (panneaux, socles, etc.). En outre, diverses mesures d'optimisation visant à renforcer la sécurité routière doivent également être mises en œuvre. Appui général au maître d'ouvrage dans le cadre du projet mentionné (appui général et appui pour l'élaboration des bases du projet, pour les achats, les activités de contrôle, la gestion de la qualité du projet et l'accompagnement spécialisé du projet). Se reporter aux documents pour le descriptif détaillé des prestations. Le volume de travail total est estimé à environ 1 880 heures.
