Każdy z kompletów składać się będzie z zabudowanego pojazdu bazowego z dodatkowym wyposażaniem, przyczepy transportowej i namiotu pneumatycznego z wyposażeniem szkoleniowym. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na dwa moduły związane z funkcjonalnością pojazdów i zakresami wyposażenia.
