Die Stadt Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe beabsichtigt im Rahmen eines Förderprojektes den Aufbau eines urbanen digitalen Zwillings (UDZ) des gesamten Stadtgebietes. Hierzu sind zum einen erforderliche Daten zu erfassen, andererseits auch vorhandene Daten aufzuarbeiten und zu integrieren. Zudem sollen vorhandene und zusätzlich installierte Sensordaten in Echtzeit im digitalen Zwilling abgebildet werden. Eine geeignete Softwareplattform ist hierzu im Rahmen des Projektes einzuführen, bezeichnet als Urbane Digitale Plattform (UDP). Ziel der Beratung und Unterstützung soll sein: - Erstellung eines detaillierten und rechtssicheren Leistungsverzeichnisses - Erstellen einer Bewertungsmatrix - Bearbeitung von Bieterfragen - Begleitung von Bietergesprächen - Begleitung der Vergabeentscheidung.
