Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια ογδόντα ενός (81) μονόκυαλων και δίκυαλων νυχτερινής όρασης , κάθε ένα εκ των οποίων θα διαθέτει τα χαρακτηριστικά που περιγράφονται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι της Διακύρηξης. Τα κυάλια αυτά, τα οποία θα είναι σύγχρονης τεχνολογίας, θα περιλαμβάνουν βάση προσαρμογής με πολλαπλές λειτουργίες και θα εξυπηρετούν στην αποτελεσματικότερη παρακολούθηση των συνόρων τις νυχτερινές ώρες.
