Hankinnan kohteena ovat digitaalisuuteen, digitransformaatioon, teknologiaan ja niiden muutokseen ja / muutosjohtamiseen (strategisen tason muutosjohtaminen digitransformaation näkökulmasta) liittyvät Valmennuspalvelut asiantuntijoille, esihenkilöille, tiimeille ja / tai koko organisaatioille sekä muu sopimuksessa ja sen liitteissä määritelty palvelu. Valmennusten tavoitteena on tukea osallistujien ja organisaatioiden digitaalista muutosta ja muutoskyvykkyyttä sekä vahvistaa ymmärrystä digitalisaation vaikutuksista esim. johtamiseen, organisaatioiden toimintaan ja asiakaskokemukseen. Hankinnan kohdetta ja siihen liittyvää Palvelua on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteellä 1 (Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus). Toimittaja vastaa siitä, että se tuottaa Palvelua tämän Sopimuksen ehtojen ja vaatimusten mukaisesti. Tilaaja ei sitoudu kiinteisiin hankintamääriin. Tilaaja hankkii Palvelua todellisen tarpeen mukaan. Kaikki tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt määrät ovat suuntaa antavia. Toimittajiksi valitaan kolme (3) tarjouskilpailussa parhaiten menestynyttä tarjoajaa.
