Gegenstand der Bauarbeiten ist eine erforderliche Anpassung und Modernisierung des Gebäudes in allen Geschossen bei laufendem Krankenhausbetrieb. Elektroinstallationen. Hinsichtlich der technischen Gebäudeausstattung ist die Elektroinstallation in großen Teilen neu zu errichten. In einzelnen Teilbereichen verbleibt die vorhandene Elektroinstallation und ist anzubinden. Das Leistungsverzeichnis ist in zwei Abschnitte unterteilt, es handelt sich dabei um Abschnitt 1 mit der Elektroinstallation für das Gebäude ohne die Räume der Zentralen Notaufnahme (ZNA) im Erdgeschoss. Abschnitt 2 beinhaltet die Elektroinstallation für die Räume der Zentralen Notaufnahme. Die Sanierung wird im laufenden Krankenhausbetrieb erfolgen. Die Arbeiten werden in Bauabschnitte unterteilt. Nach Fertigstellung der einzelnen Bauabschnitte sind diese jeweils in Betrieb zu nehmen. Die Umsetzung des Bauvorhabens erfolgt in insgesamt 5 aufeinander folgenden Bauabschnitten. Aus diesem Grund ist ein durchgehendes Arbeiten in den einzelnen Gewerken nicht möglich.
