Dit perceel ziet toe op de tijdelijke inzet van flexibele arbeidskrachten ter ondersteuning van de organisatie bij onder andere tijdelijke capaciteitsvraagstukken, piekbelasting, vervanging bij uitval en de behoefte aan specifieke kennis of expertise. Daarnaast maakt de dienstverlening rondom medewerkers die vallen onder de Wet banenafspraak onderdeel uit van dit perceel. Hiermee wordt invulling gegeven aan het duurzaam creëren van passende arbeidsmogelijkheden voor deze doelgroep.

Dit perceel heeft betrekking op de detachering en ondersteuning van trainees binnen het traineeprogramma RichtingZuid. Dit programma richt zich op het aantrekken, ontwikkelen en behouden van jong talent voor de Limburgse (semi)overheid.
