Le lot n°1 a pour objet l’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage technique, urbaine et architecturale pour le suivi opérationnel des projets issus de la consultation « Inventons la Métropole du Grand Paris », ainsi que l’appui à la transformation urbaine des communes, hors opérations d’intérêt métropolitain. Le titulaire du lot n°1 mobilise une expertise en urbanisme opérationnel, en conception urbaine et architecturale, lui permettant d’intervenir sur l’ensemble des dimensions spatiales, programmatiques et méthodologiques des projets, depuis les phases amont jusqu’aux étapes opérationnelles.
