CA 1.1 : Référence, expérience et formation du Chef de projet bruit [] Référence : un projet de référence du Chef de projet bruit, pour lequel les prestations sont achevées, correspondant : A) une fonction équivalente en tant que Chef de projet bruit. B) à une complexité comparable (Type de l’infrastructure, taille et typologie du périmètre d’intervention, volume d’investissement ou honoraires). Un contact habilité à confirmer les références et la qualité des prestations doit être fourni avec le projet de référence. Expérience : CV de la personne-clé mettant en évidence des expériences professionnelles en lien avec les prestations mises en soumission (analyses, coordination interdisciplinaire, interface avec autorités), Indication de la formation de base (année de diplôme) et des formations continues pertinentes (outils d’analyse, environnement réglementaire, planification territoriale, etc.), Indication des associations d’expert en lien avec le domaine dont la personne-clé est membre Les éléments de jugement suivants serviront à l’évaluation : - Adéquation du projet de référence avec les prestations mises en soumission ; - Fonction exercée dans le projet de référence ; - Qualité des prestations fournies dans le projet de référence ; - Nombre et pertinence des expériences professionnelles (notamment mandats) en lien avec les prestations mises en soumission et nombre d’années d’expérience dans les domaines concernés par le projet ; - Adéquation de la formation initiale et professionnelle avec les prestations mises en soumission ainsi que la participation à des associations de professionnelles et/ou d'experts en lien avec les prestations mises en soumission ; Les éléments précités (référence, expérience, formation) ne forment pas de sous-critères lors de l’évaluation — 40%
