Gegenstand dieser Vergabe sind Projektsteuerungsleistungen für die Vorbereitung, Strukturierung , Koordination und Begleitung des Neubaus eines Verwaltungsgebäudes der Verbandsgemeinde Rhein-Selz. Die Leistungen orientieren sich an den Handlungsbereichen und Projektstufen des AHO-Heftes Nr. 9, Ausgabe 2025. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise. Zunächst wird nur die Leistungsstufe I verbindliche beauftragt. Ein Anspruch des Auftragnehmers auf Beauftragung weiterer Leistungsstufen besteht nicht. Das Vorhaben befindet sich in einer frühen Projektphase. Wesentliche Projektgrundlagen, insbesondere die abschließende Standortentscheidung, die Grundstücksverfügbarkeiten, die planungsrechtliche Voraussetzungen, der Umfang der späteren Variantenplanung, die konkrete Förderfähigkeit einzelner Umsetzungsvarianten sowie der weitere Termin- und Kostenrahmen stehen noch nicht abschließend fest.
