Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) dostawa: a) 4 sztuk fabrycznie nowych, kompletnych i pełnowartościowych, niskopodłogowych, elektrycznych autobusów miejskich klasy MAXI (EV – Electric Vehicle), dostarczonych zgodnie z określoną przez Zamawiającego kompletacją wraz z wyposażeniem elektronicznym i niezbędnymi licencjami; b) infrastruktury do ładowania – 3 dwustanowiskowych, stacjonarnych ładowarek o mocy min. 120 kW każda; 2) przeprowadzenie szkoleń wyznaczonych pracowników Zamawiającego z obsługi autobusów i infrastruktury do ładowania; 3) dostarczenie dokumentacji; 4) przekazanie niezbędnych narzędzi (w tym urządzenia diagnostycznego) z niezbędnymi interfejsami i oprogramowaniem wraz z licencjami w ilości i w zakresie pozwalającym na swobodne korzystanie z wszystkich funkcjonalności autobusów EV; 5) udzielenie Zamawiającemu wewnętrznej autoryzacji serwisowania i obsługi autobusów EV (ASO) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia w załącznikach nr 1 i 2 do SWZ.
