Le présent contrat concerne les agents titulaires et stagiaires, affiliés à la CNRACL et, les stagiaires et titulaires détachés d'une administration de l'Etat ou de la fonction publique hospitalière ou territoriale et qui sont en activité normale de service, sous réserve que Grenoble-Alpes Métropole supporte effectivement la charge statutaire des risques assurés au titre du présent contrat. Sont exclus du présent contrat les personnels IRCANTEC. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires, ils sont déterminés à partir de la formule précisée dans le dossier de la consultation. La consultation comporte des solutions alternatives relatives à la franchise applicable décrites dans le cahier des charges
