Предметът на обществената поръчка е: „Рамково споразумение за доставка на парково и улично оборудване за нуждите на Община Пловдив“ и включва сключване на рамково споразумение с един изпълнител за срок от 2 (две) години за доставка на парково и улично оборудване, включително пейки, кошчета за отпадъци, кашпи, маси, велостойки и чешми, изработени от висококачествен рециклируем бетон, дървесина и метални компоненти, отговарящи на съвременните изисквания за устойчивост, безопасност, функционалност и ефективност, подходящи за интензивна градска употреба, наричани по-долу „артикули“, съгласно Техническата спецификация и образците на Техническо и Ценово предложение, неразделна част от документацията за обществената поръчка. В рамките на срока на действие на рамковото споразумение конкретните доставки ще се възлагат чрез възлагателни писма при условията и по реда, определени в Проекта на рамково споразумение. Условията, при които ще се реализира предметът на поръчката, както и правата и задълженията на Възложителя и на Изпълнителя, са съгласно: Проекта на рамково споразумение; Техническата спецификация на Възложителя; Техническото и Ценовото предложение на Изпълнителя.
