Die Stadt Köln beabsichtigt, einen Auftragnehmer für die Weiterentwicklung, Erneuerung, Migration sowie den Betrieb wesentlicher Teile ihrer Datennetzinfrastruktur "Netz V7" zu beauftragen. Vorgesehen ist ein einheitlicher Gesamtauftrag ohne Losaufteilung.
