1. Niniejsze postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie art. 132 ustawy p.z.p. oraz niniejszej Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia, zwaną dalej "SWZ". 2. Szacunkowa wartość zamówienia przekracza kwotę określoną w obwieszczeniu Prezesa Urzędu Zamówień Publicznych wydanym na podstawie art. 3 ust. 2 p.z.p. 3. Zamawiający nie przewiduje zastosowania tzw. procedury odwróconej, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy PZP. 4. Zamawiający nie określa dodatkowych wymagań związanych z zatrudnianiem osób, o których mowa w art. 96 ust. 2 pkt 2 PZP. 5. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące realizacji zamówienia określone zostały we wzorze umowy, stanowiącym załącznik nr 6 do SWZ oraz w Opisie Technicznym Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OTPZ), stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
