Im Kasseler Stadtteil Nordshausen ist die verkehrliche Erschließung eines neuen Wohngebiets mit einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 22,1 ha vorgesehen. Das bestehende Straßennetz wird durch eine zentrale Planstraße sowie weitere Stich- und Ringerschließungen ergänzt. Geplant sind unterschiedliche Straßentypen einschließlich verkehrsberuhigter Bereiche und Aufenthaltsflächen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Ingenieurleistungen für Verkehrsanlagen in den Leistungsphasen 3 bis 8 gemäß HOAI einschließlich Bauüberwachung und Bauoberleitung. Die anrechenbaren Kosten der Maßnahme werden derzeit auf ca. 11 Mio. geschätzt.
