Le présent marché concerne la fourniture de titres restaurant dématérialisés (carte à puce et/ou application mobile) aux agents territoriaux de la Haute-Savoie, incluant l'émission et la livraison de titres restaurant. Ce marché prend la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commandes mono-attributaire sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 44 millions d'euros pour une durée de 4 ans.
