Civiele Kunstwerken De gemeente Rotterdam is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud aan Civiele kunstwerken in haar gemeente. Het huidige onderhoudscontract kunstwerken en kademuren loopt van rechtswege af op 31 december 2026. Om deze reden dient het werk opnieuw in de markt gezet te worden. Het contract is erg divers qua werkzaamheden, zoals onder meer grondwerk werkzaamheden, innovatie van slijtlagen, onderhoud aan gemetselde constructies, vervangen van beschoeiingen en het oplossen van storingen en calamiteiten.

Onderhoud Pontons De gemeente Rotterdam heeft in 2023 het beheer gekregen over 67 objecten, zijnde pontons en watertaxisteigers, waaronder 23 pontons binnen het (openbare) waternet. De gemeente is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud aan de pontons. Hiervoor wil de gemeente een raamovereenkomst met een onderhoudspartij afsluiten. Daarmee is een aanvullende behoefte ontstaan om – naast civiele kunstwerken - ook het onderhoud aan pontons middels deze onderhavige overeenkomst te contracteren.
