Acceptarea și procesarea plăților prin: - Sistemul Național Electronic de Plăți (SNEP); - Terminale POS neasistate; - Terminale POS asistate - Platformă de comerț electronic a autorității. Cantitate minimă estimată /an (tranzactii): 200.000 Cantitate maximă estimată /an (tranzactii): 400.000 Cantitate minimă estimată /2ani (tranzactii): 400.000 Cantitate maximă estimată /2ani (tranzactii): 800.000 Plata comisioanelor se va efectua lunar, de către Autoritatea Contractantă (DGITL Sector 3), pe baza facturii și a documentelor justificative emise de ofertantul acceptant de plăți. Este interzisă reținerea oricăror sume din încasările cuvenite bugetului local. Comisionul aferent tranzacțiilor online se stabilește procentual din valoarea fiecărei tranzacții decontate, fără a depăși limitele maxime prevăzute de Ordinul comun nr. 168/14/95/2011 sau de alte acte normative aplicabile. Comisionul nu va depăși 30 lei/tranzacție, în situația în care, prin aplicarea cotei procentuale, rezultă o sumă mai mare. Comisionul se aplică exclusiv tranzacțiilor autorizate și decontate, nefiind aplicabil tranzacțiilor refuzate sau anulate.

Încasarea taxelor, impozitelor și altor venituri bugetare în numerar, prin ghișeele prestatoruluii, în numele autorității contractante. Cantitate minimă estimată /an (tranzactii): 100.000 Cantitate maximă estimată /an (tranzactii): 150.000 Cantitate minimă estimată /2ani (tranzactii): 200.000 Cantitate maximă estimată /2ani (tranzactii): 300.000 Comisioanele aferente serviciilor prestate vor fi cele ofertate și acceptate prin contract. Comisionul nu va depăși 30 lei/tranzacție, în situația în care, prin aplicarea cotei procentuale, rezultă o sumă mai mare. Nu se vor percepe contribuabililor comisioane suplimentare, cu excepția celor prevăzute expres de legislația în vigoare sau de contract.
