Ziel des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags (mit einem Rahmenvertragspartner bzw. einer Rahmenvertragspartnerin) zur Beschaffung von psychologischen Testungen zur Bildungs- und Berufsorientierung für den Talente Check NÖ. Die gegenständliche Leistung wird als besondere Dienstleistung gemäß § 151 Abs 1 iVm Anhang XVI BVergG 2018 vergeben. Konkret handelt es sich um ein einstufiges Verfahren sui generis im Oberschwellenbereich mit Verhandlungsmöglichkeit (in Anlehnung an ein offenes Verfahren) zur Vergabe einer besonderen Dienstleistung.
