L'appel d'offres porte sur les travaux de génie civil liés à la construction d'un poste de transformation de 220 kV à Münchwilen, y compris les aménagements environnants. Les principaux éléments sont les travaux de terrassement, de démolition et de voirie, la mise en place du chantier ainsi que les adaptations de l’infrastructure existante (clôtures, voies ferrées, conduites de service). Le projet comprend en outre la construction clé en main du bâtiment, y compris le système CVCSE, la mise à la terre et la protection contre la foudre. Par ailleurs, des infrastructures de câblage, des raccordements aux conduites de service ainsi que des installations de drainage seront réalisés ou adaptés.
