Das Grundstück Sophienstraße 29, in 10317 Berlin liegt im Bezirk Lichtenberg, im Ortsteil Rummelsburg. Es handelt sich hierbei um das Flur-stück 305 der Gemarkung Lichtenberg. Eigentümerin des unbebauten Grundstücks ist die Liegenschaftsfonds Berlin GmbH & Co. KG. Das Grundstück wird im Rahmen eines Konzeptverfahrens angeboten. Zielsetzung ist die Bestellung eines Erbbaurechts für 99 Jahre an dem insgesamt ca 5.209 m² großem Grundstück u.a. mit dem Inhalt einen Wohnstandort herzustellen wobei der Fokus auf die Schaffung sozialer Infrastruktur und die Deckung von Wohnbedarfen gelegt wird.
