Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von Verbrauchsmaterialien für den Sanitärbereich mit einer Laufzeit von vier Jahren. Die Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst die Lieferung der in der Leistungsbeschreibung aufgeführten Artikel wie Hygienepapier, Toilettenpapier, Seife und Desinfektionsmittel. Die Lieferung umfasst die in der Leistungsbeschreibung aufgeführten Verbrauchsmaterialien in Form von Einzelabrufen über einen durch den Bieter zustellenden Webshop.
