Настоящата обществена поръчка се възлага въз основа на икономически най-изгодната оферта, която се определя въз основа на критерия за възлагане „най-ниска цена“, съгласно чл. 70, ал. 2, т. 1 от ЗОП. Оценяването на офертите на участниците се извършва въз основа на предложената обща цена без включен ДДС за изпълнение на обществената поръчка. Участник, чието ценово предложение надвишава някоя от посочените в документацията прогнозни максимални единични цени или общата стойност за изпълнение на поръчката ще бъде отстранен от участие в процедурата. Посочените в документацията прогнозни цени за всеки вид мероприятие са максимални и участниците трябва да съобразят ценовото си предложение с тях. На основание чл. 72, ал. 1, т. 2 от ЗОП възложителят определя база за сравнение обявената прогнозна стойност на обществената поръчка при оценяване на една или две оферти. На първо място се класира участникът, предложил най-ниска обща цена
