Die Marktgemeinde Auersthal beabsichtigt die umfassende Sanierung, Modernisierung und Erweiterung Ihres Gemeindesaals in der Bockfließerstraße 61, 2214 Auersthal. Im Rahmen dieses wettbewerbsähnlichen zweistufigen Verhandlungsverfahrens soll nun ein geeignetes Generalplanungsteam gefunden werden. Im Leistungsumfang sind sämtliche Generalplanungsleistungen samt optional die zugehörigen Örtlichen (Fach)Bauaufsichtsleistungen, die zum Gelingen des Projektes erforderlich sind, enthalten.
