La mission d'ingénieur en génie civil du présent marché vise les « Etudes de conception » et les « Etudes d'exécution » nécessaires à la création d'un contournement de proximité d'Ettelbruck. Le futur contournement reliera la N15 (route de Bastogne) à Ettelbruck jusqu'à la localité de Warken et à l'échangeur de la B7 situé entre Schieren et Ettelbruck. Il permettra, à long terme, un apaisement et un réaménagement fondamental des N7 et N15 à l'Ouest d'Ettelbruck. La longueur du contournement en question sera d'environ 2.730m, et comprendra deux tunnels d'environ 735m et 995m, ainsi que trois ouvrages d'art, dont un premier enjambera la vallée de l'Alzette, un deuxième le Grondwee et le Haupeschbaach et un troisième la Wark.
