Hankinnan kohteena ovat tarjouspyynnön vaatimusten mukaiset moottoripyörä- ja ATV-ajokypärät sekä niihin liittyvät varaosat ja muut oheistuotteet Suomen poliisin sekä Ahvenanmaan poliisiviranomaisen käyttöön. Hankinnan kohteena oleville tuotteille asetetut vaatimukset on kuvattu tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteessä 1. Hankinta toteutetaan yhteishankintana, johon osallistuu Poliisihallituksen lisäksi valtakirjalla Ahvenanmaan poliisiviranomainen. Kaupalliset ehdot ovat tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 2 "Sopimus".
