Le marché est un accord-cadre en application de l'article R. 2162-2 du Code de la commande publique. Cet accord-cadre sera mono-attributaire et donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande par l'Acheteur Public, dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 2162-13 et 14 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre est passé pour une période de 24 mois à compter de sa date de notification. Il est reconductible tacitement 1 fois, pour une nouvelle période de 24 mois.
