Kaitsetööstuspargi ala baastaristu teede, hoonete ja rajatiste projekteerimine ja ehitus. Tööde mahtu kuuluvad järgmised hooned ja rajatised: Varupääslad, amin. hoone, garaaž, katlamajad, puurkaevud, tuletõrje veehoidlad, alajaamad, pargi perimeetri tee ja aed, lõhkamisala ja jäätmete põletusala, teed ja trassid. Hanke mahtu kuulub ka inventari ja tehnoloogia hankimine.
