De Aanbesteder wenst over te gaan tot het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de duur van 2 jaar, 2 maal verlengbaar door de Aanbesteder telkens met 1 jaar (dus 2+1+1) voor het samenstellen van testkits in kader van uitnodigingen voor het Bevolkingsonderzoek Dikkedarmkanker. In opdracht is ook het transport voorzien naar de verwerker van het postklaar maken van de correspondentie.
