De Aanbesteder wenst over te gaan tot het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de duur van 2 jaar, 2 maal verlengbaar door de Aanbesteder telkens met 1 jaar (dus 2+1+1) voor het personaliseren van brieven, afdrukken en postklaar maken. Het transport naar de verwerker die instaat voor het verzenden van de correspondentie naar de doelgroep valt eveneens onder de opdracht. De Aanbesteder garandeert geen minimumafnames noch exclusiviteit.
