Das Grundstück Massower Straße / Ecke Robert-Uhrig-Straße neben 19 in 10315 Berlin liegt im Bezirk Lichtenberg, im Ortsteil Friedrichsfelde. Es handelt sich hierbei um das Flurstück 278 der Gemarkung Lichtenberg. Eigentümerin ist die Liegenschaftsfonds GmbH & Co. KG. An dem Standort soll ein familiengerechtes Wohnangebot geschaffen werden. Dazu soll auf Grundlage des Ergebnisses des vorliegenden Konzeptverfahrens ein Erbbaurecht an dem ca. 543 m² großen Grundstück vergeben werden. Der Zuschlag erfolgt auf das wirtschaftlichste wertbare Angebot aus Konzept und angebotenem Erbbauzins.
