Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Kompleksowa organizacja zagranicznej wizyty studyjnej do Finlandii: Region Tampere” (obszar metropolitalny) - (4 dni - 3 noclegi) dla interesariuszy Procesu Przedsiębiorczego Odkrywania (PPO) w tym pracowników realizujących projekt (20 osób) obejmująca między innymi: • przygotowanie programu wizyty studyjnej; • organizację i koordynację spotkań wskazanych w programie wizyty studyjnej; • zapewnienie transportu; • zapewnienie koordynatora wizyty studyjnej; • zapewnienie obsługi tłumaczeniowej; • zakwaterowanie i wyżywienie; • ubezpieczenie Uczestników wyjazdu; • inne czynności niezbędne do skutecznego przeprowadzenia kompleksowej organizacji wizyty studyjnej. Przedmiot zamówienia został opisany w Szczegółowym Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (zwanym dalej „SOPZ”), stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, będącym jednocześnie Załącznikiem nr 1 do projektu umowy (Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ). Projekt umowy powierzenia przetwarzania danych osobowych stanowi Załącznik Nr 4A do SWZ.
