Ziel der Ausschreibung ist die Ermittlung eines Systemlieferanten für die Kommunikationsplattform, welcher die Lieferung der IP-Komponenten, die Integration in den Fahrzeugen sowie die Installation und den Betrieb des zentralen Hintergrundsystems (Backend) gemäss den Ausschreibungsunterlagen sicherstellt. Des weiteren umfasst der Grundauftrag die Wartungs-, Support- und Unterhaltsleistungen für die Frontendgeräte und das Hintergrundsystem inkl. Schnittstellen für eine feste Laufzeit von 15 Jahren.
