Základním hodnotícím kritériem pro zadání veřejné zakázky je ekonomická výhodnost nabídky. V rámci ekonomické výhodnosti bude zadavatel dle § 114 odst. 2 zákona hodnotit nabídky podle nejnižší nabídkové ceny v Kč bez DPH. Nabídkovou cenou se pro účely hodnocení nabídek rozumí celková nabídková cena za 2 roky plnění za předpokládané odebrané množství zboží uvedená účastníkem v Cenové nabídce. Hodnocení bude provedeno tak, že zadavatel seřadí nabídky vzestupně podle jejich nabídkové ceny v Kč bez DPH a jako ekonomicky nejvýhodnější bude stanovena nabídka s nejnižší celkovou nabídkovou cenou v Kč bez DPH — 100%
